The capital of Hungary - Budapest consists of two parts. They are called that - Buda and Pest. The first part is more hilly, the second is conditionally “flat”. Once they were two different towns located on opposite banks of the Danube - and only in 1873 the commercial Pest and the old Buda were united into the modern “pearl of the Danube”.
