USER AGREEMENT
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT
The following terms under this Agreement are:

3. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

8. Dispute RESOLUTION
8.1. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties to this Agreement, a claim (written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) is a prerequisite before going to court.
The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days of its receipt, notifies the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim.
8.3. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, either Party has the right to go to court to defend their rights, which are granted to them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. If the terms of the paragraph are violated, any claim or grounds for claim are repaid by the statute of interest.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. "Mapny" does not accept offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
